How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $10.00 on all orders under $75 and free for all orders over $75 within the United States.
Sorry orders to Canada or other countries cannot be processed through this website but we'd be happy to process your order manually. Please contact us by phone at 866-470-5628 or by email at customerservice@janeincproducts.com to place your order. We will determine your shipping cost based on the weight of the shipment.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders will ship within one business day and arrive within six business days if shipped via UPS and within 3 business days if shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer UPS shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military at this time.
What if some or all of the items I ordered are out of stock?
We will notify you if any or all of your order cannot ship within three business days and give you the option of canceling those items, substituting other items, or waiting until the items are back in stock.
What should I do if I don't get my order?
For the fastest response, please email: customerservice@janeincproducts.com with your name, order number and the date your placed your order.
Returns
Can I return merchandise?
Yes. We hope you will love everything you get from Jane Inc., but if you would like to return something, please contact us within 30 days to request a Return Authorization Number.
We will provide you with an "RA#". We must receive your return within 15 days from the date we issue the "RA#". Items must be unopened and in new condition for a full product refund. Sorry there are no refunds on shipping either way.
Late returns or returns which are in an un-resellable condition may be refused or given store credit less a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for any product returned after 60 days of original receipt. Due to customs restrictions, we cannot accept returns from other countries.
What if I received a gift?
If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return which can be used at any time toward your purchases at Jane Inc.
The Gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry - we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
How do I start?
Email our customer service department at:
customerservice@janeincproducts.com with the order number from your packing slip. We'll email you back with an RA# which you must write on the outside of the package.
Carefully re-pack the product with your packing slip and return it to us through and insured courier (UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS) to the address below within 15 days.
When should I get my refund?
We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Your credit card will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of goods in our warehouse.
