Use from the freezer or the microwave to refresh and relax tired, sore feet and because of our special blend of ginger snap spices and rice they provide either a moist healing heat or cold. We use only the highest grade of natural herbs and spices.

The separate spice-rice pack can be removed for so that you can wash the booties.
