Use from the freezer or the microwave to refresh and relax tired, sore feet and because of our special blend of cinnamon, clove, ginger, eucalyptus and rice they provide either a moist healing heat or cold. We use only the highest grade of natural herbs and spices. Smells like a ginger cookie.

The separate herbal - spice  pack can be removed for so that you can wash the booties.
